Well there you have it, Metal Gear Solid 4 has received a perfect 10 from ign.com. Which reminds me to tell you, I will not be writing an impressions of MGS4 (I am currently 50% done with 11 hours) but I will be writing an overview, which to me is kind of a review, without scores. Do you know why? Because I think scores are stupid.
With that said, I still urge you to go read this review if you are contemplating buying a PS3, because this game is truly a masterpiece.
PS: I can confirm that indeed, Raiden is a straight up badass in this game.

At this rate GoW2, Fable 2, Fallout 3, Resistance 2, and a bunch of other hype games will get 10's.

If no game deserves a 10 than why go up to 10? 10 is merely a rating meaning its a must play. 10 doesn't mean perfect. Ign and gamespot have said this on numourous occasions. A 10 means a masterpiece, no masterpiece is perfect.
Take your head out of your ass jayge. Just because you don't like the series that doesn't mean it doesn't deserve a 10, merely it just means you have a trivial opinion based on dislike for a perfectly beautiful piece of art. Which you are entitled to express, but I am also entitled to show my dislike for your opinion. Now insult my opinion, because you have alreadly proven you have the intelligence of a musk-ox.

Well, I had a long typed out comment about why the game wasn't masterful, why GTA4 certainly wasn't masterful, and why you're the one with the head up your ass, but I was signed in to the wrong account and lost the whole comment.
So I'll condense it- a 10/10 is indeed a perfect rating, no game should receive it, you have no idea what you're talking about. You also chose to dismiss my opinion indefinitely because you're a fanboy piece of crap, meaning you're the one with the head up his ass.
Also- I think I solicited our first ever non-blog-affiliate comment. Kudos to me!
